EARN REWARDS

Every purchase you make you earn rewards that will save you money on future orders.

 

Creating an Account

1. Login or create a store account to redeem points. 

desktop: click the yellow person icon on the right of the screen

mobile: click the menu icon on the right of the screen, then click the yellow person icon at the top

*If you have placed an order with us before without logging in. Please use the same email associated with your previous order. This will automatically connect your points you have earned from previous orders to your account.

Redeeming Points

1. Shop as usual.

2. At checkout click the blue rewards icon in the bottom left hand corner.

3. Click "Ways to Redeem"

4. Click the blue redeem button.

5. Slide the blue circle to reflect the points you want to redeem. 

*Please note that you can only cash in points 100 at a time.

6. Click the blue redeem button.

7. Copy the promo code.

8. Click enter promo code on checkout screen.

9. Paste promo code and click apply.

10. Your reward should now be applied to your order.

How to check how many points you have:

1. Login or create a store account with the email associated with your orders. 

2. Click on the blue rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen.

3. You should see your points displayed at the top of the popup box.

Q&A

1. I tried to signup for rewards by clicking the blue rewards box at the bottom left of the screen. 

-You must login or create an account using the email address associated with your orders by: 

desktop: click the yellow person icon on the right of the screen

mobile: click the menu icon on the right of the screen, then click the yellow person icon at the top

2. My rewards are not showing up at checkout, how do I redeem points?

-You must get a promo code generated by following the steps in the above section "redeeming points"

3. I have followed the steps above and still cannot figure out how to redeem my points.

-Please email us as info@curacioncompany.com and we will be happy to assist.

4. I placed an order a while back, how do I figure out if I have any points? 

-Login or create an account with the same email associated with your order and your points should automatically link with your account.

5. I have 60 points and it will not let me redeem them.

-You get $1/100 points and can only redeem points at 100 intervals (100,200,300 etc.)
